- Head Coach, Elite and Elite Prep Group Coach, Masters Coach and Lesson Manager - over 30 years of swimming and 22 years of coaching experience. Nicky coached all ages from infants to 80 years old.  She is a lifetime ASCA member and is ASCA Level 3 certified.  Nicky is very in tune with the college swimming world and has extensive experience with the college process.  She holds a Masters in Childhood Special Education, A Masters of Science in Recreation and Sports Management and a Masters of Business Administration in Executive Management.

Chris is the Elite and Elite Prep Group Coach - with 30 years of coaching and over 40 years of swimming experience.  Chris is an amazing stroke technician and has an eye for detail.  He spends his free time investigating how to make all his swimmers faster.  

Sunny Hwang  is the Senior Group Coach.  She has over 20 years of coaching experience.  Sunny is a firm believer in hard work and pushing people to be their best in and out of the pool. 

Ed Ruthberg is Head Age Group Coach & Blue Group Coach    He has been with the Bergen Barracudas for over 40 years and continues to motivate not only swimmers but his fellow coaches as well.  Ed has coached all ages and abilities.  Ed has coached Top 16 swimmers as well as Olympic Trial swimmers.  He has been with the Bergen Barracudas for 30 years and continues to motivate not only swimmers but his fellow coaches as well. 

Philip Umbrino is the Red Group Coach and Lessons Manager.  He has over 15 years of coaching experience and over 25 years of swimming experience. Phil is ASCA Level 2 certified and a certified Stroke Technician.

Josh Templeton is the White Group and Pre-Comp Coach. He has over 15 years of swimming experience.  He has been coaching for over 5 years.  Josh swam Age Group and Division 3.
